„Ok, so i went to Budapest for a visit, and i went with friends to Mezzo for a night of food and jazz! i got there to be greeted by a couple gentlemen who were super nice at hosting us and leading us to our table. we got a front view over the band, which was at the time old guys playing great jazz tunes. we had a friend from Hungary who ordered the food since we really didnt know the cuisine, but i can still remember the taste of the bone mellow we had. my god it was amazing. we had as well wine form the restaurant owner’s winery which was fantastic. and i piece of advice, always finish up with a shot of PALINKA! especially if you’re off to a nice evening afterwards.

„We had an excellent wine tasting dinner created by the new chef. Two dishes were the best in their category I ever had: a duck liver soup with perfect taste, and a salmon tapioca combo with playful texture. In addition I have to mention the perfect matching of the wines, all the dishes were carefully designed to the wine list given by the presented cellar. We had a fantastic night thank you for it. ”
